MUSIC actively has two main architectures of CAM based products. These are the new HARRP products and the successful and ongoing Routing Co-Processor (RCP) products. They come in CAM configurations of 1K through 8K deep entries by 64 bit wide tables of content addressable memories with versatile interface and instruction sets.

One RCP product comes in a native configuration of 2K deep by 80 bit wide content addressable memory; however, MUSIC has application support that can extend both the depth and width of all the effective addressable memories. 
 
Asynchronous driven instruction set decoders are designed to simplify device operation. All instructions operate in a single cycle, the asynchronous result flags will become available directly following the instruction cycle.

From Low pin count QFP packages to high density Leadless Array’s (HLA) package offering enables the use of CAM in any kind of application. Cost sensitive products can use the latest package technology for optimum space and cost.
 
Various speed grades, multiple interface widths, different instruction sets targeting specific applications and multiple package options make MUSIC CAMs suitable for multiple applications.
